We ship handmade pieces from Bengal to every serviceable PIN code in India, packed with care.

Where we ship

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India. We don’t ship outside India yet.

When your order is dispatched

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays). During Durga Puja we dispatch pujo orders within 2 days. If a piece is made to order, the product page says so and gives the time needed.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive 3–6 working days after dispatch. Metro cities are often faster. Remote areas, the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, and the islands can take up to 10 working days.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹299 or more.
₹40 flat shipping on orders below ₹299.

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes for a ₹50 handling fee. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we send the courier name and tracking link by WhatsApp or email.

How we pack

Terracotta and dokra pieces travel in a box with two layers of bubble wrap. Fabric, thread and bangle orders go in a tamper-proof courier bag. We record a packing video for every order.

If delivery fails

The courier usually tries to deliver 2–3 times. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can send it again with shipping charged again. For prepaid orders, we can instead refund the order value minus the shipping cost.

If your parcel looks damaged

Don’t accept a parcel that is visibly torn or tampered with. Please record a video while opening every parcel, as we need it for any damage claim. See our Refund and cancellation policy.

Delays

Festivals, weather, strikes and courier issues can sometimes delay delivery. We will keep you updated if your order is late.
